Coaching and Mentoring
Clients can benefit immensely from coaching as it provides valuable support.

-
It helps develop essential life skills, such as time management, goal setting, and effective communication, which are crucial for personal and academic growth.
-
It fosters self-awareness and confidence, empowering clients to navigate challenges, make informed decisions, and cultivate a positive mindset.
-
By providing a safe and non-judgmental space for self-expression, coaching allows clients to explore their passions, strengths, and aspirations, ultimately equipping them with the tools to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

In life coaching and mentoring, I utilise my skills in mindfulness, resilience-building, and positive psychology to help clients develop a growth mindset, cultivate self-awareness, and overcome limiting beliefs.
Teen coaching
Coaching involves a thought-provoking and creative conversation that inspires individuals to realise their personal and professional goals. Coaches provide guidance and support to help their clients bridge the gap between their current state and their desired future.
Through active listening, powerful questioning, and empowering feedback, coaching fosters self-discovery and encourages individuals to take ownership of their growth and development. Many of my clients work on issues such as dealing with anxiety and developing resilience.
Mentoring
Mentoring involves building a supportive and nurturing relationship with individuals to help them navigate the challenges of adolescence and prepare for adulthood. Mentors can help teenagers set and achieve personal and academic goals, develop essential life skills, and explore potential career paths.
With most of my teenage clients, mentoring centres around academic and career guidance, goal setting, decision-making skills, building healthy relationships, managing stress, and coping with peer pressure. I also offer advice on developing positive habits, exploring personal interests, and seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth. This includes creating timetables for academic success and individual well-being, and accompanying teenagers to outings.
